By accessing or using OutreachPilot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform. The Platform is operated by Richard Ryan LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

OutreachPilot is a cold email infrastructure intelligence platform that provides:

• A directory and comparison tool for cold email service providers.
• Free tools including deliverability audits, inbox tests, cost calculators, and stack analysis.
• Educational content including articles, glossary terms, and learning tracks.
• A lead matching service connecting contractors with potential customers.
• Sponsorship and advertising opportunities for vendors.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on lead forms or reviews.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

5. Provider Information

Provider listings, pricing, deliverability rates, and reviews are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Always verify details directly with providers before making purchasing decisions. Some links may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through them.

6. Lead Matching Service

When you submit a lead form, your contact information is shared with contractors in your area. OutreachPilot is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor and is not liable for the quality of services provided. Contractors are independent third parties, not employees or agents of OutreachPilot.

7. Sponsorship and Advertising

Sponsored listings and advertisements are clearly labeled. Sponsorship does not influence our editorial reviews or tool outputs. Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and compliance with advertising laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on OutreachPilot — including text, graphics, logos, tools, and software — is owned by Richard Ryan LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Provider names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. Deliverability scores, cost calculations, and audit results are estimates based on available data and should not be considered definitive. You use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richard Ryan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or email deliverability issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richard Ryan LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
